AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to BestOCG.com. The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern the use of the BestOCG.com website ("Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. BestOCG reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page on the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms, BestOCG may terminate your use of the Site, may bar you from future use of the Site, or may take appropriate action against you as allowed by law.

PERMITTED USE
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, use, view and retain a copy of pages on this Site for your own personal use. You may not copy more then two articles of our site to any one domain. Joining of any contest may only be done once per person.

CONTEST TERMS
By entering any and all contests you agree to be occasionally contacted by BestOCG or its affiliates. You shall not enter more then one contest on our site, even if we constantly post new ones. By sending your personal information you agree that Best OCG may publish your first name and all information other then your last name, telephone or email.

You acknowledge and agree that all content, software, and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Notwithstanding the above, you may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by BestOCG, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BestOCG and its subsidiaries, related or affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. BestOCG reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with BestOCG in asserting any available defenses.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the independent Republic of Costa Rica, excluding its conflicts of law Terms. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these

SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BestOCG with respect to this Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and BestOCG with respect to this site. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

TERMINATION
BestOCG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this Site, with or without notice. BestOCG may disclose user information about you if required by applicable law or by subpoena or court order.
